Jodi (Felton) Mumford was born and raised in Yakima. She is a graduated of Eisenhower High School, Washington State University, and the University of Idaho College of Law. Jodi has practiced law in Yakima since 2009, focusing mainly on immigration law. In her immigration law practice, Jodi has experience handling a variety of immigration cases including: Adjustment of Status to Legal Resident, Citizenship & Naturalization, Immigrant Visas Abroad, U Visas, V Visas, K-1 Fiancé Visas, DACA, and Deportation/Removal defense.

Jodi likes the personal aspect of immigration law very much. Meeting new people every day with different backgrounds and experiences and being able to help them navigate the confusing and ever-changing immigration laws whether it be in immigration court when facing deportation or helping her clients to obtain citizenship, legal residence, or permission to work in the United States. Seeing a client obtain their first legal resident card, take the oath to become a United States citizen, or simply witnessing a hug between spouses or a parent and child who no longer have to worry about losing a family member to deportation are the best parts of her job.

Outside the office Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters. Jodi loves to spend time outdoors especially in the summer and can often be found boating on Lake Roosevelt. Some of her other interests include reading, working out, attending sporting events, and enjoying many of the local wineries and breweries the Yakima Valley has to offer.
